No. We work with whatever you use: a spreadsheet, email, WhatsApp, your POS, or a CRM. If you have nothing, we start with the simplest thing that solves the problem, not by building a system nobody ends up using.
What if a flow stops working?
It runs on my server and is monitored, so I find out before you do. Flows in the pack include maintenance; one-off flows come with a month of warranty for adjustments.
Does this replace someone on my team?
That is rarely what happens. What goes away is the mechanical work — copying data, sending reminders, forwarding — not the part that needs judgement. The point is to spend those hours on what actually earns.
How do we arrange support in Badalona?
