Will we lose old email?
No. The full history is migrated and verified against the source mailbox before the migration is called done. The old mail is untouched until the new one checks out.
How long will we be unable to work?
In practice, no time at all. The migration runs in parallel and the DNS switch is scheduled out of hours. At most there is a window where mail arrives in both places.
Are licences included in the €200?
No. The €200 is my migration and configuration work. You buy licences directly from Google or Microsoft, in your own name, paid per user per month. I tell you the exact cost before we start.
How do we arrange support in Rubí?
I review the issue remotely first. If a visit is needed, we agree on the address, timing, scope and travel terms before confirming the quote. Availability depends on my schedule; this is not a 24-hour emergency service.
