Do you work with individuals or only companies?
Both. If you have any technical issues and need support, call me. The first evaluation is free to help you decide without commitment.
How does remote support work?
I use AnyDesk or RustDesk (secure, non-intrusive software). I connect to your screen with your explicit authorization and fix the issue while you watch. Upon completion, I close the link and you retain full control.
How much does technical support cost?
The price depends on the task. The initial assessment is free. Simple tasks (malware removal, WiFi setup) have flat rates. Complex tasks are quoted in a fixed price before starting.
Do you offer on-site support or only remote?
Both. If it can be fixed remotely, it is faster and cheaper. If an on-site visit is needed, I go to Sabadell, the Vallès Occidental, and Barcelona with no travel fees.
